Even when I talk about the book it’s always like “if you had an aerial picture of what grief looks like in the body,” this swamp landscape. It’s not exactly “The King of Queens,” right? This widower and his weird kids twirling around in a swamp. But I definitely think that there is the potential for some lightness there.
